For domestic/UK orders, please allow 2-4 working days for dispatch and delivery. International orders may take between 3-30 working days to reach their destination.

It is essential to provide us with the correct shipping address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Please note that we do not ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes or any other box-type addresses. We require a residential address for delivery to ensure a smooth and successful shipment.

While we strive to adhere to our dispatch times, during exceptionally busy periods, there may be slight delays. However, rest assured that our chosen shipping services are exceptionally fast, and you will receive your order promptly once dispatched.

It is important to be aware of any customs/import fees that may apply when shipping packages to your country. Each country has its own customs clearance process, which may vary in terms of speed, strictness, and fees. We cannot provide specific advice on this matter, as it is beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected charges.

Returns Policy

At Sweetclusive, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. While we strive to provide the highest quality products, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please review our returns policy below:

  1. Due to cross-contamination, hygiene, and health & safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns for any items from an opened parcel.
  2. Custom items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
  3. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations if the fulfillment process has not yet commenced. Once the order has been mixed, bagged, picked, and packed specifically for your order, cancellation is not possible. Please note that all cancellation and return refunds are subject to a 9.7% deduction to cover non-refundable transaction fees incurred during payment processing.
  4. Cancelling an order with express shipping selected is highly improbable, as fulfillment may commence immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation in such cases.
  5. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  6. We cannot issue a refund or accept a return due to personal preference factors beyond our control, such as disliking a specific sweet or drink.
